The Southeast Asia Regional Cooperation in Human Development (SEARCH) project is a six-year, $8,000,000 human rights and rule of law program implemented in seven Southeast Asian countries: Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, the Philippines, Thailand, Timor Leste and Vietnam.

SEARCH project goals and objectives are to promote and uphold the rule of law in Southeast Asia and to improve the legal and institutional mechanisms for the promotion and protection of the rights of children, ethnic minorities and migrant workers in Southeast Asia. Funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), SEARCH will be completed in February 2011.
